How does the small salon owner get the advice they need when they are struggling with their employees to make sales?

When you most need the help in your business you can’t always leave the salon to get to classes, and in my circumstances when I first opened my salon, I couldn’t afford the help.

It was so frustrating to find all the people who could help me and not be able to hire them. So I did what all inventive people do, I bought the books and incorporated the ideas and tools that helped my business grow. The process was slow but effective.

Once my salon reached a new level I hired my first business coach and within a very short time made the changes that took my salon to a new level of success in the areas that I struggled with most, employee management.

Once I learned how to handle the conversation with employees and implemented the structures in my business to support their growth, my business became easy and effortless and I was able to create the quality of life I wanted that my business supported.

Because I know this struggle and because I lived it, I now help the “little” guy by being the affordable coach. Please check out my Mastemind Group if you are small salon owner who needs coaching and either can’t find the time or money to get it.
