What My Kids Taught Me About Business

Being a Mother has been by far the most challenging role I’ve had. My goal was to do my best to produce 2 well-balanced, high functioning, productive members of society.

I had no idea that my role as a mother would have such a huge impact on my business. Every lesson I learned being a Mom, I applied to my business and I started to see that the goals I had for my clients were the same as those of my girls.

I also had a deep sense of awareness that I was leading by example not just in my role as a Mother and woman but also as a leader of a company and I wanted Salon Operating System to be something my girls would feel honored being connected to.

As a result of my conscientious attitude, I can say that my efforts so far have paid off. As teenagers entering the work force, I see my girls have respect, a good work ethic, enjoy being a part of great teams and want to work for companies that focus on superior client care. As for who they become, I have done my best with the gifts I have been given and the rest I leave up to them and my creator.
