Wow, yesterday was a great day. I spent alot of time with salon owners who are reaching out for help. First of all I want to congratulate those of you who called me and asked the tough questions. It shows that you are willing to make changes and change takes alot of courage.

Once we have the willingness, change is possible. But to get the willingness we have to let go of the fear. Sounds easy right? You would think that it is but fear can sometimes be a very strong motivator because it feels like power. But it is nothing compared to the power of reaching out.

Recently I had the opportunity to work with a salon owner who was able to totally transform her life just because she implemented a "few little strategies" into her business. She was finally able to get back in the drivers seat of her salon and let me tell you that there is no greater gift than to watch someone reclaim their power. Was it scary for her, yes but she did it anyway.
