Family vacation

Today we leave for a short but well deserved family vacation. We will be driving for a good portion of our short trip but we wanted to see the southern part of B.C. and how my new wheels fair in the mountains. The girls are used to taking fewer short trips rather than a whole 2 weeks at a time being that my husband and I have always been self employed. This seems to work best trying to juggle to work loads and keeping up with clients!

We have rented a condo nestled in the mountains with a fabulous golf course out front and a gorgeous ski hill out back that provides all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel. The goal is R&R. My husband has agreed to do most of the cooking which was a condition of the condo agreement between him and I but I know his idea of cooking can be take out or a local diner. Either way, I'm off the hook.

Catch up with you next week,
Cheryl
